Your role: Following a bespoke induction training period, you will be handling customers that may be looking to cancel their services for a variety of reasons. Using objection handling and negotiation skills you will explore the issues leading up to the cancellation request with the purpose of resolving these issues and retaining the services. You will take active steps to enhance our relationship with our customers and to add long-term value to our relationship with those customers. The role will be predominantly handling inbound contact but will also involve outbound calling from time to time. Our ideal candidate: Being a team player to achieve collective goals is a key requirement at HEG. We aim to build good working relations within internally as well as externally. You will have excellent communication skills which will allow you to use your own initiative when engaging with customers. A key requirement is that you have a good telephone manner and be able to adapt to the customers you are dealing with. We are also looking for driven individuals who have worked with KPIs and in a target-driven environment. Some understanding of retentions would be beneficial but not essential.
